We take pride in our customer service and workmanship. Don’t take our word for it, take a look.
What to Do Before We Get There
-
For one fixture, look for the small valve on the wall or under the sink and turn it clockwise
For the whole house, find the main shutoff. In most Las Vegas homes it is in the garage, on an exterior wall, or in a box near the front of the property
If you cannot find it, the meter box near the street has a valve. It usually needs a meter key or a wrench
-
Shut off the water heater if the leak is coming from it. Gas valve to off, or breaker off for electric.
-
Furniture, boxes, anything on the floor near the water.
-
Take photos before you clean up, in case there is an insurance claim.
-
Do not use drain chemicals on a backup. They will not clear a main line and they make the line hazardous for whoever opens it.
-
It helps us bring the right equipment the first time.

No. The price is the same whatever time you call, Monday through Saturday. There is no after-hours fee and no weekend surcharge.
-
We are open 24 hours Monday through Saturday. We are closed Sunday.
-
It depends on where you are and what is already scheduled, but we prioritize active leaks, sewer backups, and no-water calls. Tell the office what is happening and we will give you a realistic time.

For one fixture, use the valve on the wall or under the sink. For the whole house, look for the main shutoff in the garage, on an exterior wall, or in a box near the front of the property. If you cannot find it, there is a valve in the meter box near the street, though it usually needs a meter key.
-
Shut off the main, shut off the water heater if hot water is involved, move what you can out of the way, take photos for insurance, and call. We can talk you through the shutoff on the phone.
-
Usually not. One slow drain can wait for a scheduled visit. Several drains backing up at once is different, because that usually points to the main line.
-
If you smell gas, leave the house and call the gas company first. Once the area is safe we can find and repair the leak.
